A one-storey garden suite delivered for a private owner in the rear yard of an existing house — a self-contained home fabricated as a single module, with the foundation, servicing and landscaping completed on site.
The building permit was issued in December 2025. The module completed factory fabrication and third-party building-science inspection in September 2026 and is scheduled to be craned onto its foundation the same month, with finishing, connections and landscaping to follow.
Searle is the last of Metrosuite's garden-suite commissions for private clients, and the one that will be photographed for this site on completion.
