Metrosuite is committed to making this website usable by everyone, and to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
What we have done
- Colour contrast across the site meets or exceeds the AA ratio; the palette has been checked at every text size used.
- Every page can be navigated and every form completed with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Headings are used for structure, not for emphasis, so screen readers can navigate the page outline.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative placeholders are labelled as such.
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function, and the site works on narrow screens.
- No content moves, flashes or auto-advances. Transitions respect the reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
Embedded third-party video (for example, CBC or YouTube players) may not fully meet these standards; where that is the case we provide a text description alongside. Documents provided on request, such as the investor overview, are prepared as tagged PDFs.
